Mamasho

Pronounced: mah-MAH-shoh

Mamasho (actually named Nina, but we use her nickname) has been a part of the Ebenezer family since she was born. Her mom, Zenebech, had worked for us for eight years before she died of cancer in April 2022. She would bring Mamasho to work with her every day, and Mamasho got to know the Ebenezer kids as her playmates, friends and siblings. Though Mamasho had aunts and uncles in town, she was much more familiar with the Ebenezer family, so it was an easy decision for her biological family to make when we asked if we could care for her after her mom went to her Heavenly Home. Mamasho is a delight to have in our midst. She’s full of joy and laughter and light. We know the Lord wants to use this amazing child for His glory and we’re happy to be a part of her life.
